SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 404

Congratulating the Cabell Midland High School boys' cross country
team for winning the 2009 AAA state championship.
Whereas, The Cabell Midland High School boys' cross country
team displayed its strong will and determination for an entire
season; and
Whereas, That strong will and determination led the team to
win the 2009 AAA cross country state championship; and
Whereas, The Cabell Midland High School boys' cross country
team is led by Coach Parsons and consists of team members Austin
Allen, Jacob Burcham, Avery Campbell, Chase Cooper, Cole Cooper,
Collin Cooper, Mason Dino, Nick Dino, Matthew Edmunds, Jordan
Egnatoff, Steven Egnatoff, Justin Ellis, Andrew Ferguson, David
Jobe, Kramer Kaplan, Chris Laverty, Brian Lawhon, Collin Meadows,
Steven Newman, Michael Niemann, Daniel Parlock, Tyler Salmons, Adam
Shaver, Karl Shaver, Ryan Smith, Ryan Wareheim and Jeremy Waugh;
and
Whereas, The Cabell Midland boys' cross country team is a
shining example of what can be accomplished with hard work,
dedication and spirit; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Senate:
That the Senate hereby congratulates the Cabell Midland High
School boys' cross country team for winning the 2009 Class AAA
state championship; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Senate commends the coach and team
members for their outstanding accomplishments; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward
a copy of this resolution to the Cabell Midland High School boys'
cross country team.
